CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM OFFA GRAMMAR SCHOOL ON THE DEATH OF CHIEF ENGINEER JIDE FALOKUN, FORMER NATIONAL PRESIDENT, OFFA GRAMMAR SCHOOL OLD STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (OGSOSA)

A GREAT BIRD HAS FLOWN!

We received with sadness the death of an icon and father, the erstwhile National President of Offa Grammar School Old Students Association (OGSOSA), Chief Engineer Jide Falokun, which event took place last Friday 17th October 2014.

We are consoled by the fact he certainly fought the good fight with all his might and sense of purpose. He will never be forgotten in the history of the school. We feel a sense of loss, but are deeply grateful to the Almighty God that he lived a comfortable life. Only the very strong ones live beyond that.

On behalf of the entire Staff and Students, Parents Teachers Association (PTA) of Offa Grammar School, we offer our condolences to the OGSOSA family and members of the immediate family left behind especially the wife. You lost a father, the School lost a gem. We should be consoled that the deceased left indelible marks on the sand of time.
